ArtC has been shining a light on the arts of South Jersey for 7 years with documentaries, magazine features, curated exhibits, artist collaborations, a radio show and TV show and now Stroke, an artists collective. Bill has also been a professional photographer for over 35 years and his love of photography has led to many successful exhibits including last year’s Clique at the Perkins Center for the Arts and the Riverfront Renaissance Center in Millville and Photo SJ 2012, 2013 and 2017. Bill has also published 2 magazines about the arts and is the host of ArtC with Bill Horin.

Based in Petersburg, N.J., Sal Emma is a professional writer and published author, experienced in editorial, copywriting and creative concept development. Versed in writing for print, online, electronic and the spoken word, he has written for organizations in the arts, tourism, entertainment, food & beverage, government, not-for-profit, editorial and academia.

Frank Weiss

Frank Weiss

Director of Video Production
Frank Weiss began his career as a photographer in 2005 in Kandahar, Afghanistan, while serving in the United States Air Force. Distraught by the arguably misleading views of the Middle East popularized by news media, Frank felt obligated to capture photographs highlighting the innate humanity behind the headlines. He continues to pursue these ideals with his documentary filmmaking in countries such as Haiti, Jordan and Belise. As the Director of Video Production for ArtC he is an important reason for their award winning videos. He is a skilled videographer who is also well versed in editing, audio and effects.

Bill Milnazik

Art Director
Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, Bill Milnazik is a designer and art director with broad experience in many industries, including pharmaceutical, financial, high-tech, consumer and editorial. He was art director for Envision Arts Magazine. A master of visual language, Bill uses color, image and typography to draw on feelings, emotions, or experiences. He believes a strong concept along with strong execution can create a powerful message.

Nastassia A. Davis

Nastassia A. Davis

Director of Workshop Development
Nastassia A. Davis is a graduate of Montclair State Univesity with a BA in Fine Arts Studio and minor in African-American Studies. As the photographer, subject and editor to all her self-portraits, Nastassia is a one-woman powerhouse, DIY production army, creating colorful, surreal-like digital interpretations from her imagination. Whether inspired by lyrics to her favorite song, a ground-breaking political story, or personal idea, Nastassia uses herself and a digital camera to question stereotypes and make a statement through the power of a photo. Since 2012, she's continued teaching photography workshops through her "Light Shooters" courses to provide a creative outlet for self-expression.

Sterling Brown

Sterling Brown

Sterling Brown has written for and edited various South Jersey publications since 1971. He first worked with Bill Horin on the words and pictures for an exercise book almost thirty years ago. Later he helped Bill with his art magazines, ArtBeat and Envision. Their collaboration continued with articles for South Jersey Lifestyle Magazine. ArtC documentaries and promotions followed. Though Sterling keeps changing his phone number and email address, Bill is persistent.

David Todd McCarty

Whether it’s iconic portraiture, fashion editorial or exotic travel, David Todd McCarty blends fantasy with authenticity to create images that evoke an emotional response. A  cinematographer, writer, director, and photographer known primarily for black and white work, David specializes in portraits, fashion and travel photography and has extensive experience with fashion commercials and short films. His work has been featured in national magazines and in gallery shows. He is also the publisher of an online newspaper, The Standard and a partner in Panzano & Partners Ad Agency.
